About Autumnpaper Limited

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous individual with a keen interest in the fashion industry to fill the role of Men's Press Assistant within our Public Relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of seasonal samples for the Men's division, including the coordination of international shipments and returns.
  • Maintain and care for Men's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories samples, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of each collection.
  • Regularly update Fashion GPS for precise sample tracking.
  • Assist in the organization of PR events specifically for the Menswear category.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sample workflows.
  • Track and archive press coverage relevant to the category.
  • Address press credit inquiries with detailed descriptions of looks and fabric compositions.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the press office and manage supply replenishment as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Fashion.
  • Experience in a dynamic PR setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
