Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30

Location: Office-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling engineers' workload, coordinating with internal and external customers, and driving productivity from the field team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Schedule engineers' workload, including all repairs, planned maintenance, and breakdowns.
  • Customer Communication: Work closely with internal and external customers to provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Field Operational Managers to drive productivity from the field team and ensure seamless communication with internal departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
