Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Learning Development Administrator to assist the L&D Team on a fixed-term contract. As a key member of the GRAHAM team, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Learning & Development and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the L&D Team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Team to identify and address business needs and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
