About the Project

You'll be working with a UK nuclear multi-discipline delivery partner, specializing in program, design, construction, and engineering. Our projects are built on the principles of being a responsible business and delivering change for people, the environment, communities, and the UK nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and develop design and development of major projects, working alongside a large engineering design team.
  2. Ensure scoping documents are suitable and compliant with project requirements.
  3. Provide support to procurement and commercial functions when engaging with the supply chain.
  4. Ensure cost, program, and quality assurance and compliance.
  5. Manage and supervise contractors and subcontractors on site, reviewing and updating programs, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance and assurance.
  6. Engage with stakeholders, using strong interpersonal and influencing skills to deliver complex and large-scale projects.
Requirements

You should be studying for a relevant degree, preferably accredited by the IMechE, IET, or CIBSE, and aiming for a 2:2 or above. Ability to travel or drive to remote site locations if needed. Areas of exposure or related studies in Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Building Services are preferred.
