We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our Southern Construction team.

Southampton, Hampshire
Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within the Commercial team, focusing on a significant project.
Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Delivering commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, ensuring business targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Compiling monthly cost value reports for your area, alongside reviewing results and identifying trends with other contract team members.
- Generating commercial reports and analyzing results in collaboration with other contract team members.
- Conducting physical measurements of works and reaching agreements with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing the certification and payment processes for subcontractor accounts, while monitoring these accounts against forecasts.
Candidate Profile:
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for you if you possess:
- A Full UK Drivers Licence.
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
