About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. As a Recruitment Consultant - Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, organizing, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Activity & Business Development

  • Generate new business leads and meet sales targets in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Visit clients regularly to identify and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Support the development of proposal documents and tenders, and negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy.
  • Source and manage candidates to meet client needs.

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing regular feedback on the quality of service.
  • Manage vacancies and ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Collate information on clients, including their business operations, main decision-makers, and future goals.
  • Network internally and externally with clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Benchmark clients' salary, availability, candidate pool, and industry activity.
  • Offer an on-call service to clients when required.
  • Generate management information and complete client satisfaction surveys.

Candidate Management

  • Source and manage candidates to meet client needs.
  • Pre-screen and register candidates in line with weekly KPIs.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide information on client history, structure, culture, and promotion prospects.
  • Negotiate job offers, notice periods, and terms of employment.
  • Offer advice to candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.

Quality

  • Ensure all communications, written and verbal, are effective and of a high standard.
  • Carry out work instructions in line with Key Processes and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and maintain effective use and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of staff, including induction, coaching, and development.
  • Mentor staff within the branch and divisions of other branches.
Criteria

Essential:

  • 1 year's Recruitment Consultancy experience within the last 5 years or 2 years' direct sales experience within the last 5 years in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience of using MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
