You will work closely with our Building Services Manager to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and that our students, staff, and visitors have a safe and comfortable environment in which to work and study.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality maintenance services to our campus facilities
* Perform general maintenance tasks, such as painting and furniture repairs
* Respond to emergencies and complete planned maintenance work
* Work closely with our Building Services Manager to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals

**Requirements:**

* Professional qualification in a relevant trade (e.g. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 minimum)
* Experience working in a building maintenance environment
* Good communication skills and the ability to address a variety of stakeholders
* Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems, and/or databases
* Proactive approach to relationship development with colleagues
* Good attention to detail
* Good time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
* Good team working skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Ability to interpret and apply guidelines to a specific activity
* Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
