We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our dynamic team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional advice and support to patients, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
Main Duties- Provide nutritional assessments and advice to patients through various communication channels.
- Liaise with relevant teams and attend meetings to ensure effective care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based resources, policies, and guidelines.
- Deliver training to ward staff on dietary management of patients requiring nutritional support.
- Undertake education and training sessions for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in dietetic audits and professional development activities.
- Support the training of Student Dietitians.
