STORE MANAGER

Full-Time Position

AREA BRAND MANAGER / HR MANAGER

Objective

To oversee daily store operations while aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization. To manage all facets of store functionality in accordance with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE

Inventory Management and Sales


• Ensure timely and effective ordering and restocking of merchandise.


• Organize store displays based on top-selling items and current market trends.


• Maintain an orderly and efficient stockroom.

Sales, Hours & Productivity


• Utilize commercial insights and product knowledge to enhance sales and store activities through provided internal tools.


• Drive marketing initiatives and monitor sales performance.


• Effectively manage the store's labor budget.


• Create optimal staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.


• Meet productivity targets and implement necessary corrective measures.


• Stay informed about competitors and foster relationships, providing relevant feedback to product and regional managers.

Store Procedures and Cost Management


• Achieve targets by ensuring compliance with procedures, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions as needed, including:


• Security and Loss Prevention


• Cash Management


• Administrative Oversight


• Health and Safety Compliance


• Control costs related to supplies, cleaning, communication, maintenance, uniforms, and travel in alignment with corporate budgets.

Customer Experience


• Consistently uphold customer service standards and motivate the team to maintain these benchmarks throughout the store.

People Management


• Ensure compliance with HR procedures, including:


• Payroll Management


• Employee Relations Processes


• Recruitment and Onboarding


• Training and Development

Effective Communication


• Maintain clear and timely communication with Head Office, Product Managers, HR Managers, and store personnel, ensuring appropriate follow-ups.

• Provide and receive constructive feedback to foster personal and team growth.


• Conduct performance reviews and develop personal development plans with follow-ups.


• Ensure comprehensive training and onboarding for all staff members.


• Oversee succession planning within the store, including participation in corporate development programs.


• Manage employee performance and provide coaching as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience


• Strong understanding of the company, brand, and store operations.


• Significant experience in managing a fast-paced retail environment (for external candidates) or exceptional performance at Stradivarius (for internal candidates).


• Passion for fashion, market trends, and competitor awareness.


• Proven track record of maximizing profitability and driving sales.


• Strong experience in team management.


• Demonstrated stability and consistency in career progression.
