Your Mission
As our organization expands rapidly, we require your expertise to enhance our workforce and achieve our ambitious objectives. You will be the inaugural member of our internal recruitment team, collaborating with our RPO partner to refine our methodologies and spearhead the growth of our international teams in Italy and Germany.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will work closely with senior management to identify their recruitment needs, combining your market insights with theirs to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and the local talent landscape.

Key ResponsibilitiesThis role offers a diverse range of responsibilities with significant potential for impact. Your main duties will include:
  • Collaboration and Business Acumen: You will act as an integral part of the teams you support, gaining a deep understanding of their primary challenges to effectively guide them through the entire recruitment process.
  • Developing Talent Pipelines: You will actively cultivate talent pools to ensure we are prepared as positions become available in accordance with our hiring strategy, serving as an engaging representative for Field as you connect with potential candidates.
  • Streamlining Hiring Processes: It will be your responsibility to ensure our recruitment processes are efficient and impactful, which includes designing the overall workflow with hiring managers, coordinating multiple schedules to maintain momentum, and ensuring candidate communication is consistently clear.
  • Performance Insights and Reporting: You will assess and enhance our existing performance tracking tools, establish ambitious KPIs, and provide regular analytics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Enhancing Our Employer Brand: Through creating content for our website, participating in events, and developing new attraction strategies, you will play a key role in conveying our culture to applicants, showcasing what makes Field an exceptional workplace.
  • Project Development and Execution: You will have numerous opportunities to engage in additional projects beyond your core responsibilities, such as assisting with benefits design, internal communications, training the team on recruitment topics, supporting our EDI initiatives, and more.


Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • You will possess proven abilities in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and proactive talent engagement, having successfully filled specialized roles for organizations that depend on outreach rather than incoming applications.
  • You will be an experienced recruiter in the renewables sector (either agency or in-house) who can contribute immediately through your extensive industry knowledge and professional connections, or you have prior experience in establishing new teams in Germany or Italy within a sector that emphasizes candidate outreach and employer branding.
  • You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or similar tools, enabling you to analyze our hiring data and derive insights for improvement.
  • You will have experience with various ATS platforms, allowing you to maximize our systems' potential and recommend further enhancements.


Compensation and BenefitsSalary: £60,000 - £75,000
We offer a competitive compensation package, including participation in our employee share scheme, rewarding all employees for the company's growth. You will receive shares upon joining, which will vest over four years, and as the company expands in size and value, so will your shares.
