We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams as a Night Assessment Worker. In this role, you will work closely with our clients, providing a safe and supportive environment at night, and carrying out assessments when clients first arrive at our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a busy team environment, providing a rapid response service to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment at night, carrying out assessments and working with clients to identify their needs.
- Work on a 7-day weekly night rota pattern, with an average of 3 waking night shifts in a row.
About You
We are looking for individuals with an interest in developing key skills to build a career working in a support role. You will have some experience of dealing directly with the public and/or customers in a busy service environment, and good communication skills. You will also have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives.
