Job Title: Commercial Graduate Surveyor

Job Summary:

Ardent is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Graduate Surveyor to join our Land Assembly team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering projects across the Renewables, Utilities, and Transport sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of projects under the guidance of senior colleagues
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients, deferring to more senior colleagues when necessary
  • Support the financial aspects of projects, reporting to directors on project completion and invoicing
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on resource requirements and project issues
  • Contribute to business development through tender input, client representation, and relationship-building
  • Develop professional and commercial awareness, staying up-to-date with industry updates

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification to degree level accredited by the RICS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong time management skills
  • Good commercial acumen and willingness to develop new skills
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desirable:

  • Experience in a Surveying role
  • Knowledge of CPOs and DCOs
  • Willingness to travel across England
