About the Role

NHS Highland is committed to providing high-quality care to the local community, and we are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our multidisciplinary team as Bank Senior Health and Social Care Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and support individuals after they have left hospital.
  • Provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.
  • Work with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care.
Requirements
  • A driving licence is essential for this post, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Experience is not required, as full training and induction will be given.
Working Arrangements

These are bank posts, and set shifts available are 7am-2pm and 5pm-10pm or as per service requirements.
