About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that individuals have their personal needs and requirements met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks.
  2. Support individuals in achieving their outcomes in the way they choose.
  3. Complete daily administration, including updating person-centred support and care plans, updating charts, and completing accurate daily notes.
  4. Maintain professional relationships and develop a good rapport with individuals, their families, colleagues, visitors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards through own professional behaviour.
  6. Undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensuring these are comprehensively documented and reviewed.

Requirements

Shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of records, data, and information. Ensuring good quality documentation that meets regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
