We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Events Management Intern at EX Venture Campus in Canggu, Bali.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality and events management, working directly with a dedicated team of 12 staff members. As a Hospitality and Events Management Intern, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our campus, including our café, bar, restaurant, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer experience.
- Lead a team of 12 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed and a positive work environment is maintained.
- Create an inspirational and welcoming atmosphere for guests and our international community.
- Plan and execute various events and workshops hosted at the campus, including guest speaker series, networking sessions, and social events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to promote events, drive attendance, and ensure seamless execution.
- Inspire and motivate the staff, fostering a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and energized.
- Develop leadership skills by taking initiative, solving problems, and guiding the team through the challenges of day-to-day operations.
- Work with the owners to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
