Job Overview

This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple facilities in EMEA. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Environment, Health and Safety to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  3. Provide training and orientation to employees on safety methods and equipment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external EHS experts and specialists to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience in EHS, including experience at a manufacturing site.
  3. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
