About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to ensure exceptional care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns
