We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the Home Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist support and advice to colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and consistency of care.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other members of the care team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification.
- Proven experience in a care home setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
