At Verbatim Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing key accounts, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and overseeing the sourcing and delivery of clinical trial supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sourcing of Drug Products: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate Terms with Suppliers and Manufacturers: Secure the best quality and pricing.
  • Monitor the Supply Chain: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
Client Account Management:
  • Serve as the Primary Point of Contact: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial supplies.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the Planning, Execution, and Completion: Of drug sourcing projects.
  • Work Closely with Project Teams: Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in drug sourcing within the pharmaceutical or clinical trial industry.
  • Strong background in account management with a focus on client interaction, ideally in the clinical trial supplies sector.
  • Project management experience is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
