**Assistant Manager Regulatory Reporting & Analysis**

**About the Role**

As a key member of the Hydrogen Group's RWA Reporting & Analysis team, you will play a crucial role in producing key insights, driving data governance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering robust RWA reporting and Management Information (MI), ensuring data quality and accuracy in reporting, and presenting capital MI with added insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality RWA reporting and MI to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data governance and reporting efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python is beneficial
  • Strong financial oversight and reporting skills, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • A delivery-driven, quality-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Regulatory reporting experience is advantageous, but not required
