About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St. James's Court in Inverurie. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats. You will work closely with our experienced staff team to provide support with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as medication administration, cooking, and home maintenance.
  • Provide social support and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the staff team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including sleepovers.
