About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Workforce Officer to join our People and OD Directorate. As a key member of our Operational HR team, you will provide high-quality administration support to ensure the smooth delivery of our HR services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to staff and managers, responding to workforce queries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Process changes in Electronic Staff Records, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, and salary variations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Trust, collaborating with payroll and recruitment services to deliver a seamless service.
- Support managers with proactive management of sickness absence queries and cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual variations.
- Undertake ad hoc project work as requested by senior colleagues.
