We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join our team at Benchmark in Chester. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our Financial Planners in delivering top-quality advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone enquiries and arrange appointments for our Financial Planners
- Welcome visitors and provide a warm and welcoming experience
- Set up new contracts and process applications under FCA regulations
- Draft and send letters of authority and gather policy information for research
- Input and update client data on our internal CRM system
- Prepare business packs for our Financial Planners
- Process compliance documentation
- Conduct mail merges, such as ISA allowance letters and transfer letters for clients joining Benchmark
- Perform general administrative duties
- Submit business on our Fusion Platform
- Utilize spreadsheets to manage client data
- Update client valuations
- Input risk questionnaires
- Draft client reports
- Plan annual reviews and arrange appointments
- Prior administration experience in Financial Services is beneficial
- Familiarity with Fact Find and Risk profiles would be advantageous
- R01, FA1, FA2 qualification or aspiring to qualify is favored
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Proficient Excel skills
