Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our Financial Planners in their role. This is a 12-month FTC position.

Benchmark is an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners. Our proprietary solutions cover regulatory, platform, and investment services, designed to support advisers at every step of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners in all aspects of their advice process.
  • Prepare meeting packs, documentation, and reports for client meetings and annual reviews.
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative functions, complete and submit applications, and maintain data on Enable (our internal CRM system).
  • Assist with collating client data and documents for recommendation reports and prepare related correspondence.
  • Manage case documentation, including upload and submission of compliance documents to Enable.
  • Deal with client and provider enquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months administration experience in Financial Services, ideally in wealth management and/or financial planning.
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and high standards of literacy.

Desirable Qualifications

R01, FA1, FA2 Qualified, or looking to qualify, is an advantage.
