About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Emergency Department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with significant experience in an Emergency Care setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
