Job Title: Specialist Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Technical Support professional to join our team at Futures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide critical technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and maintenance
  • Manage Windows Server and VMware environments
  • Offer database support and administration
  • Ensure network and telephony infrastructure is operational
  • Support M365 services and applications
  • Administer Command and Control systems, including Saab SAFE
  • Provide Radio (Airwave) support and maintenance
  • Implement ITIL incident and change management processes

Requirements:

  • UK residency for the last 5 years for vetting purposes
  • Essential skills in application support, Windows Server, VMware, database support, network and telephony, M365, and Command and Control systems
