  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Azure, Citrix, and VMWare.
  • Experience with Backup/Archiving technologies.
  • Scripting knowledge such as Powershell and an interest in automation/orchestration.
  • Strong advocate for ITIL process.
  • Client-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Valid UK passport for international travel (occasional).
