About the Role

Fair by Design (FBD) is seeking a talented individual with a proven track record of delivering impactful change to take on the role of Director. As a key member of the FBD team, you will play a crucial part in achieving the organization's mission of eliminating the poverty premium.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all FBD work is persuasive and impactful, and that our messages are heard by those in power
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to address the poverty premium
* Work closely with stakeholders to build relationships and influence policy change

What We Offer

* A full-time fixed-term contract of 3 years with the possibility of renewal
* Salary: £76,161–£88,583 p.a.
* Generous contributory pension scheme of up to 10%
* Hybrid working with an expectation that at least 2 days a week will be office/field-based
