Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Manager

i-Pharm Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective environmental and sustainability strategies for the company's site in West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives to minimize the company's environmental impact
  • Manage the Environmental and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001 and 14001) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and review the SHE policy and practice to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Drive initiatives to foster a culture of environmental awareness and compliance
  • Manage statutory environmental reporting to comply with Environmental regulations such as weee, EPA, and SECR Report

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEH roles, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislative frameworks across EU and UK
  • Environment Management Certification essential - eg NEBOSH, IEMA
  • Accreditation by an approved Environmental association (eg IEMA) is preferred
