Asset Data Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our station or department within WFS.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to station or department management, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Read and route incoming mail, locate and attach appropriate files, and compose routine correspondence.
- Route calls to appropriate parties, place outgoing calls, and schedule appointments.
- Compile and type reports, make copies of correspondence or other printed matter, and prepare outgoing mail or packages.
- Order and maintain supplies, responsible for ordering food for special meetings and maintenance of kitchen, conference room, and copy/supply room.
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typing required using personal computer.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Reach above and/or below shoulder.
- Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
- Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
- Lift/carry/move objects, files, and documents up to 10 pounds.
- Work in an office environment using standard office equipment.
- Talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
