You will play a key role in the leadership team, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing technical support to partners, leading client meetings, and managing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including planning, reviewing, and delivering high-quality services.
- Review statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP and FRS102, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Lead and manage teams of junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
- Provide technical support to partners, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Manage billing and perform business advisory work, assisting in business development and client relationship building.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualified experience.
- Proven experience in leading or managing junior staff, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent working knowledge of FRS102 and UK GAAP.
- Strong management skills, with experience in managing client portfolios.
