Job Title: Business Account Advisor

At PPL PRS Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Account Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage customer contact through various channels, including telephone, email, and web forms, to generate new business invoices and customers.
  • Process new business invoices and ensure accurate licensing and revenue maximization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring call quality targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits of music licensing and contractual terms and conditions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems to maintain accurate notes and records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.
  • Experience in invoicing and date-sensitive account management.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
