Position Summary:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and supervising projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints. Your responsibilities will include allocating project resources effectively and ensuring that all departments receive the necessary information for seamless production and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct communication with clients through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within financial limits.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility with all stakeholders.
- Ensure availability and proper allocation of resources.
- Create detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
- Manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and costs using suitable verification methods.
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
- Meet with clients to gather detailed project requirements and specifications.
- Develop documentation such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to outline project needs.
- Prepare and compile end-of-project invoicing documentation upon project completion.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in signage is essential.
- Proven background in project management is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience collaborating with blue-chip companies is advantageous.
