Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

Home Instead Folkestone, Hythe and Ashford is expanding its team in the Ashford and surrounding areas. We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to help with elderly care and support adults living at home with various needs throughout the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support as needed
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Preparing and cooking meals for clients
  • Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of English and excellent communication skills
