The Role
This Brand Manager GB role will work within the broader Category and Marketing function, reporting directly into the UK & International Marketing Manager. As a Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of our brand to drive competitive advantage, profitable growth, increase in brand value and maximum return on investment for Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand value
- Manage and execute in-market activation and execution from day one
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve marketing objectives
- Measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. You'll have a strong understanding of how to write and implement a brand marketing plan, plus you'll be comfortable measuring and evaluating campaigns. You'll also have a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
