Job Title: Part Time Shift Leader

CyHawk Hospitality, Inc., the franchisee for Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, is seeking a Part Time Shift Leader for our Perkins Restaurant in Hastings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management in meeting restaurant goals through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Take a hands-on leadership role in the restaurant to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly, according to established procedures and local health department regulations.
  • Perform or assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant, as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
