Job Description

Role: Customer Care Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and directing incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Providing customer care support and assisting in coordinating the day-to-day running of the Customer Care team

Working Hours:

Monday 8:30am – 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Pay: £24,689.60

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support the Care Manager in providing exceptional customer care and assisting in the coordination of the Customer Care team.
