Job Description

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our team at Devon County Council, working within the Children and Families Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The role will involve working closely with other professionals, including healthcare providers and education specialists, to develop and implement effective support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage risk to children and families
  • Develop and implement effective support plans

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
