Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for the Shop Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Sort and lift donated goods, including furniture, to maintain a visually appealing shop display.
  • Merchandise and create engaging shop displays to attract customers.
  • Help organise staff and volunteer rotas to ensure efficient shop operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Retail, ideally from a supervisory or management role.
  • Understanding of how to motivate and engage a team, providing outstanding customer service and driving sales.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting donated goods.
Benefits:
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays, rising to 35 days after 1 year, and increasing with length of service (pro-rata if part-time).
