We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Site Manager to join our team at Employment Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will have experience with heavy assembly projects in highly regulated industries, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with management instructions within budget. The role will involve working closely with another Site Manager to assemble, commission, test, and maintain heavy machinery within a steel environment. Key responsibilities will include ensuring that management instructions are adhered to, reporting on site activities and issues, and working with the company's head office in Europe. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of up to £80k, plus £1k a month towards accommodation, a pension matched up to 8%, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and Life and Health insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, such as the Hinkley Point C and Sizewell projects, and to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
