Job Title: Internal Communications Channel & Content Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to lead the development and implementation of our internal communications channels and content strategy. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop communications plans that support business priorities and encourage employee feedback, ideas, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine our channel and content strategy to effectively reach and engage employees across various platforms.
  • Maintain and manage our primary internal channels, ensuring content remains up-to-date, consistent, and relevant.
  • Establish clear governance and processes to drive efficiency and high-quality content.
  • Work with the Internal Comms team to produce compelling and engaging content for key campaigns.
  • Manage the development and delivery of creative campaign and content plans, including comms plans, writing copy, and deploying content across our channels.
  • Develop best practice and track engagement metrics to enhance communication flow, frequency, and success measures.
  • Review the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-led insight to improve our communications approach.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal communication tools and technologies, providing guidance and training to users.
  • Align relevant external comms activity with our internal comms plan and strategy.
About You

We are looking for a creative thinker with a proven track record in delivering compelling and exciting content across multiple platforms. You will have experience of acting as a 'communications consultant' with an understanding of how to define business-driven, results-oriented internal communications plans. You will be confident, articulate, and have excellent listening skills, with the ability to engage and persuade varying stakeholders on complex subjects.
