Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Insights Leader

About the Role:
  • Implement and deliver a data-driven approach to enhance business propositions, measurement of impact, and overall reporting.
  • Identify and utilize a range of business intelligence techniques and tools across various data sources to inform decision-making.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of business communications and engagement, connecting stakeholders and showcasing business activity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business data sources, techniques, and tools to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate business insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to build trust and influence business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with various data types and sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex business information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to build engagement and influence business outcomes.
