The Lead Community Host is responsible for exemplifying leadership by providing direction, encouragement, and support to Community Hosts. This role involves welcoming users to school facilities and ensuring that all areas are prepared and accessible for their activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for our users, ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive and unforgettable visit. This includes assisting with the setup of facilities for various events, from arranging sports equipment to activating lighting systems.
  • Perform cleaning duties to maintain the premises, ensuring that the facilities are left in pristine condition for the following day.
  • Ensure the security and safety of the venue by managing access points and securing the facilities at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections, promptly reporting any hazards or maintenance issues through our internal platform to uphold the high standards of the environment.
  • Receive comprehensive training, both in-person and online, to gain a thorough understanding of the role, including site-specific protocols, safety measures, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall quality of service by engaging in additional tasks that support the school, users, and the Vivify team.
