Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant to join our team at Accountability Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in a variety of financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and purchase ledger work, including the raising of sales invoices and making timely supplier payments.
- Perform banking and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Support with month-end procedures and VAT returns.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to assist with a variety of other duties.
- Provide thorough training in the use of in-house software.
Requirements:
- 10 hours per week initially, with the possibility of increasing in time.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
