We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a leading recruitment agency in the defence industry, we are working with a top company to find the best talent for their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RF and microwave circuits for advanced defence systems, ensuring high-performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF systems, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct simulations and performance analysis to validate designs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and expertise throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design, with a focus on defence applications.
  • Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, or similar, and knowledge of RF measurement techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Circa £65,000 base with additional bonuses and earnings.
  • Company Bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year).
  • Pension: Maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%.
  • Overtime: Opportunity for paid overtime – 5-10% per annum.
