About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at OBM People. As a key member of our consultancy division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering design, particularly in the delivery of minor modifications and support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle. You will be proficient in managing procurement processes, including equipment and subcontract specifications, inquiries, and post-order support.

Additionally, you will have experience in project control processes, including developing baseline schedules, monitoring discipline performance metrics (CPI & SPI), and managing budgets and scope changes.

What You Will Bring
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or a Higher BTEC qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering design, particularly in the delivery of minor modifications and support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in managing procurement processes, including equipment and subcontract specifications, inquiries, and post-order support.
  • Familiarity with project control processes, including developing baseline schedules, monitoring discipline performance metrics (CPI & SPI), and managing budgets and scope changes.
