Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage reporting tools to gather and manipulate HR data, conducting comprehensive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to enable the HR team to track data workstream progress and highlight insights to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data requirements into easily digestible formats for diverse audiences, including local HR teams and key programme stakeholders.
  • Support HR Business Partners in developing and driving people plans.
  • Ensure all elements of HR administration are carried out by the People Centre, including starters, leavers, referencing, security and compliance checks, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience with technical data manipulation.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or other SAP tools.
  • Analytical problem solver, proficient in all MS office applications, with a keen eye for detail, spotting anomalies, trends and providing solutions.
  • Excel advanced experience including vlookups, macros formulas.
