Job Title: Pharmacy Specialist Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Specialist Technician to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Pharmacy Specialist Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day running of our pharmacy dispensary service, ensuring safe and effective practice is provided to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients
  • Conduct quality control checks on medications and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and patient information
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role or considerable experience as a Pharmacy Technician
