  • **Project Oversight**: Lead project processing responsibility, agreeing on appropriate actions and taking personal responsibility for project delivery and execution.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure high-quality design standards and adherence to project timelines.
  • **Mentorship and Professional Development**: Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • **Professional Qualifications**: Registered Architect.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to articulate design strategies across different levels.
  • **Personal Qualities**: Drive, energy, and passion for delivering high-quality projects.
