Environmental Advisor Role

Salary: £38,500 - £39,000 + Flexible Working + Progression

Fusion Talent is seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join our team as a subject matter expert for a rapidly expanding manufacturer. As a key member of the SHEQ team, you will report directly to the SHEQ Manager and have full autonomy in managing a team of 3 and developing environmental policies across 2 manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures across 2 manufacturing sites
  • Manage a team of 3 Environmental Advisors and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Act as the primary point of contact for environmental agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Requirements:
  • Good experience as an Environmental Advisor with a background in Chemical or Recycling industries
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
